George Gritzalis graduated in 2001 from the Athens University of Applied Sciences (Department of Physiotherapy). In 1999, within the Erasmus program, he worked for six months at the University Hospital of Padova, an experience that proved to be a defining influence on his subsequent scientific and educational path. For this reason, he first completed a course of studies in Manual Therapy and subsequently the five-year part-time Osteopathy program of the Osteopathy Schule Deutschland.

He worked at the Athens Medical Center until 2004, when he established his own private physiotherapy center. He has over 25 years of clinical experience and for the past six years has collaborated with the Lifelong Learning Center EPIMORFOSIS as a translator and assistant in Osteopathy seminars.
