Dr. Rachel Grubb, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT is the co-founder of Upskill Clinical Education. She brings over 15 years of experience as a rehabilitation professional and an educator to her role as instructor and developer for Upskill. With a profound understanding of clinical practice focusing on outpatient orthopedics, Rachel has dedicated her career to providing patient-centered care and equipping the professionals in her field.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science (2008) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (2010) from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. She completed a post-graduate fellowship through the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2015, further enhancing her expertise in manual therapy and clinical reasoning.

As a smaller-size practitioner, she brings a unique perspective to Upskill, employing adaptive techniques that enable therapists of any stature to deliver effective care, even when working with a larger patient population.

As the current Talent Director for Therapy Partner Solutions, Rachel is passionate about empowering rehabilitation professionals by helping them find ideal work environments and building talent pipelines for current and future opportunities in the field. She supports clinic owners and partnerships by ensuring quality clinicians to help grow practices and improve patient access and outcomes. Additionally, she develops and implements programs that foster professional growth, aligning career progression with personal and professional aspirations.
