The remaining amount of 300€ must be deposited at least 2 days before the start of the seminar.

Essential Manual Intervention for Spinal Dysfunction
This course presents blended manual therapy approaches to assist in managing the client with spinal musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Course participants will learn key examination concepts to inform clinical practice and ensure safety.
Use of exam findings will be emphasized to assist with technique selection to include a variety of both high-velocity thrust and non-thrust mobilization options.
A concise review of the contemporary literature supporting evidence-informed practice will be provided.
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

- Understand and explain the theoretical underpinnings of the current contemporary understanding of the therapeutic mechanisms of manual therapy.
- Competently assess for appropriateness of manual therapy intervention including screening for safety, basic neurologic examination, and consideration of relevant precautions/contraindications.
- Identify key examination components to help clarify indications for manual therapy including high velocity, low amplitude thrust (HVLAT) manipulation.
- Select which non-thrust mobilization (NTM), HVLAT manipulation, and neuromuscular loading strategies are appropriate for neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction based on basic concepts of sensitivity and irritability.
- Safely perform a variety of manual therapy techniques including HVLAT for all major spinal regions including the upper cervical spine, junctional zones, rib articulations, and lumbopelvic areas.
- Modify instruction and delivery of technique adapted for the patient’s medical condition, technique tolerance, and comfort/preference of intervention, all with respect for client/therapist body size discrepancies.
- Integrate course concepts and techniques with high levels of operator competence and confidence.

EPIMORFOSIS justifies its name by providing high quality courses. George Karampalis operates more like a constant “trainee” and less like an entrepreneur, and this is an additional positive fact in the effort that is put by the workers and teachers of EPIMORFOSIS.
I have known George Karampalis and EPIMORFOSIS for many years. I’ve had the opportunity to join several clinical courses and I can argue that, at the level of organisation and selection of trainers, they have a high level of recognised prestige.
My first steps in professional specialization started with EPIMORFOSIS and continue. It has been with us all these years, covering the need for modern and documented knowledge, in collaboration with internationally acclaimed educational institutions.
The best physiotherapists training institution. It enables the development of the necessary knowledge for clinical reasoning. High-quality training without having to travel abroad.
Training, a steady value for more than twenty years now, leads physiotherapy and keeps it at a very high level, well done to George Karambalis and his associates, we owe a lot to all of you.
EPIMORFOSIS organizes specialization seminars for rehabilitation professionals. I’ve watched a lot. I strongly recommend you trust EPIMORFOSIS for your specialization and lifelong information.
